01 Introduction

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

• Not appearing on mysgame's list of prohibited or restricted individuals due to any prior breach of terms.
• Registering using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
• Holding a valid Malaysian bank account in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at mysgame. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and all account balances forfeited without prior notice.

03 Account Usage

Your mysgame account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use, access, or manage your account for any reason whatsoever.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• Deposits will be automatically credited to your account within minutes after the transaction is successfully verified.
• Mysgame does not charge any processing fee for deposits.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account held under the same name as your mysgame account registration.
• Mysgame reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any large withdrawal request.

Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Mysgame offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion.

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new member.
• Mysgame reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or abuse of the promotions system.
• The bonus terms stated on the promotions page are final and supersede any other communication.

06 Game Rules

All games on mysgame use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is publicly displayed within the respective game information.
• Any technical disruption occurring during an active game will be resolved in accordance with mysgame's dispute resolution policy.

07 Prohibited Conduct

08 Account Closure & Suspension

• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The KYC process could not be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
• Member requests account closure on personal grounds.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the mysgame support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, provided no breach of terms has occurred.

09 Liability Limit

Mysgame is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Game outcomes that are the result of a valid RNG random process.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of your own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

The maximum liability of mysgame to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
